Following our extended visit to Ypres for the Passchendaele Commemorations
during the summer, we decided to stay at home for Armistice Day and to attend the Remembrance Sunday service in the village.
 We had already laid our customary wreaths in Belgium and France during the summer visit at the memorials & cemeteries for our fallen village soldiers. 

And as usual we ensured our soldiers buried in Brimington Cemetery were not forgotten and placed new remembrance crosses on each of their graves.
